Usage Data: Job history, extraction logs, credit transactions, feature usage patterns, and login timestamps.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and session identifiers for security purposes.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect payment information (credits are administrator-allocated), personal browsing history outside the platform, or any marketplace account credentials. We do not track users across other websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve the platform service, manage your account and credit balance, send job completion notifications via email, and maintain platform security and prevent abuse.

4. Data Storage

Extracted Data: All extracted product data is stored in your designated Google Drive folder. We do not retain copies of your extracted data beyond temporary processing files.
Temporary Files: Local processing files are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Account Data: Account and usage information is stored on our secured servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Drive API to store extraction results in your designated folder. We use SMTP email services for notifications. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing, session management, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
