ADE (Amazon Data Extractor) by Optimiseres E Consultancy Pvt Ltd is a data analytics platform that aggregates publicly available product information from e-commerce marketplaces for business intelligence and competitive analysis purposes. The platform provides automated data collection, keyword position tracking, and reporting tools for e-commerce professionals.

2. Acceptable Use

By using ADE, you agree to:

Use extracted data solely for internal business analytics and competitive intelligence
Not redistribute, resell, or commercially share raw extracted data
Not use the platform for competitive harassment or malicious purposes
Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit restrictions
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Data Accuracy

Product data is collected from publicly accessible marketplace pages. We make no guarantees regarding real-time accuracy, completeness, or reliability of extracted data. Prices, availability, rankings, and product details may change at any time on the source marketplace. Users should verify critical data points independently.

4. Credits & Usage

Access to the platform is managed through a credit-based system. Credits are allocated by the platform administrator. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified. Failed extraction jobs receive automatic credit refunds. Credit costs per data field are determined by the platform administrator and may be adjusted.

5. Account Policy

Each account is intended for use by a single organization. Sharing credentials across organizations is prohibited. The administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Account access requires administrator approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

ADE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Optimiseres E Consultancy Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss based on extracted data.
